Camera-Ready Preparation

Before submitting your final camera-ready version, please ensure the following:

• Reviewer feedback: Address all reviewers’ comments and revise your paper accordingly.
• Figures and tables: Verify that all figures and tables are of high quality and their content is easily readable in the final PDF.
• Page headers/footers:
  • According to CEURART formatting rules, no headers or footers are allowed on any page.
  • The only exception is the first page, which must include a footer with the following text:

  LLAIS 2025: Workshop on LLM-Based Agents for Intelligent Systems, at ECAI 2025

• No page numbers: Ensure that your PDF contains no page numbers.
• Formatting style: The paper must strictly follow the CEURART style format. Please double-check that your submission complies with all CEURART formatting requirements.

Copyright Form Submission

For the LLAIS workshop, a signed copyright agreement is required for every published paper.

• All authors must sign the form.
• The signed copyright agreement must be uploaded in the “Copyright Agreement” field, and the camera-ready PDF must be uploaded in the “Paper” field during submission.

Final Paper Submission

Upload your camera-ready PDF via the EasyChair page for your paper before the deadline of 27 September 2025.

1. 1. Log in to EasyChair using the same account as your original submission.
2. 2. Verify authorship: Ensure that all authors are listed in the correct order.
3. 3. Check consistency: The title, abstract, keywords, and author list in EasyChair must exactly match the information in your camera-ready PDF.
4. 4. Upload files:
   • Click on “Add or update files.”
   • In the “Paper” field, upload your camera-ready PDF.
   • In the “Copyright Agreement” field, upload the signed copyright form.
